Information on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

●      on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under one order and they were delivered simultaneously;

●      on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered several goods under one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by e-mail: Support@RevelMae.com. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.

In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period .

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this refund incur additional costs for you.

We may refuse the refund until we:

●      have received the returned goods, or

●      You have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods  to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs for the return of the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

●      for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

●      for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;

●      for the supply of alcoholic beverages for which the price has been agreed in the contract, but which can only  be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;

●      for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines, excluding subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

●      for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

●      for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inextricably mixed with other goods by virtue of their nature;

●      for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The return address on our packages is not our address for returns. Upon request, you will receive our return address by email.
