What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing Time
Within 1-3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved and packaged. The package is then prepared for transport.
2. Delivery time
New Zeeland: 5-10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post. All shipping times do not include any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "track your order" in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order can be sent in several partial shipments.
My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still does not provide any information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.
